Iggy Azalea has been surprisingly quiet since Sunday’s BET Awards where Nicki Minaj seemed to diss her while accepting the prize for Best Female Hip-Hop Artist. That is until now.

Yesterday (July 2) Azalea took to her Instagram to give her opinions about this whole beef, which she says has been made up by the critics and the haters. An opinion that is not too dissimilar from Minaj’s, who clarified her comments by explaining that she wasn’t calling out Iggy, but believes women should continue to write because “our voices have to be heard,”

In the comments section on Instagram, Azalea writes, “This is my mind state about everything & the only time I’m ever going to refer to this again so go nuts guys, Enjoy it.”

Adding, “Ps. If you squint exxxtra hard you can see tiny elves having illuminati meetings between the lines in my notes app too.”

Azalea goes on to say that “the general explosion of pettiness online in the last few days is hard to ignore & honestly…lame.”

She states if she had won the BET Award for Best Female Hip-Hop Artist instead of Minaj, it would have been great, but it “wasn’t my year & I don’t mind – so you shouldn’t either.”

“Generally speaking I’m unbothered by anything that ‘happened’ at the BET awards and just feel worn out by everyone trying to make me have wars with people all the time,” she writes. “Anyone who wishes me well is welcome in my life & those who don’t can’t get any more of my time. I hate to see everyone exhausting themselves on my behalf over things that I’m still not 100% sure even exist & don’t matter. just let it go.”

Well, there you have it, let it go guys. Let it go.

In better news, with its sixth straight week on top of the Billboard Hot 100, Azalea’s “Fancy” is now the longest-reigning No. 1 single by a female rapper. Ever.
