There is one dream shared by movie stars, billionaires, famous people and highly active Pinterest users across the world: to be invited to cook with the Barefoot Contessa in her Hamptons home.

For Taylor Swift, the dream became reality, thanks to Food Network Magazine.

In its July/August music issue, the mag paired the magnificent duo, along with other interesting chef/celeb pairings that include Geoffrey Zakarian with Ja Rule, Jeff Mauro with Billy Corgan and Michael Symon with Sammy Hagar.

Swift and the Contessa, otherwise known as Ina Garten, along with Swift’s mother and brother, got together to drink whiskey sours and make a few of Swift’s favorite recipes from Garten’s cookbooks. The menu included mustard-roasted fish and a Pavlova.

The issue hits newsstands on June 24.

It looks like Swift was able to take a break from recording her new album for the cover shoot. The album, which does not yet have a release date, is rumored to have been produced mostly by Max Martin, perhaps completing her transition into pop, rather than country, star.
